Jakub Skałecki
Co-Founder & CTO
Full-stack engineer and entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience taking products from concept to revenue. His technical expertise spans Applied AI, frontend development (React, Vue, TypeScript), backend systems (Python, JavaScript, Elixir), and cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, GCP, AWS).
Previously led development at Videobeat Networks—where he first crossed paths with Christoph—and built Machine Learning solutions at Sigmoidal.io. He also founded pvpcenter.eu and delivered multiple successful products as an independent consultant. Jakub holds a Master's degree in Informatics from Warsaw University of Technology.
His approach: build the simplest solution that works, stay close to users, and never let technology become the goal instead of the means.
Christoph Gaschler
Co-Founder & CEO
Serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience building technology-driven companies. As founder and CEO of Videobeat Networks, Christoph scaled the company into one of Europe's leading data-driven video marketing firms, reaching eight-figure annual revenues, 80 employees, and five offices across Europe. In 2018, Videobeat was successfully acquired by the global advertising group Dentsu.
After his exit, Christoph became an angel investor focused on technology ventures in Longevity, Climate Tech, and Artificial Intelligence. With Postline.ai, he is now building an AI platform that helps individuals and teams create high-quality LinkedIn content—faster, data-driven, and in their unique voice.
His mission: to harness technology that amplifies human creativity—rather than replacing it.
